Jacob White wears two hats. That of developer as Jacob White Development and that of contractor as Jacob White Construction Company where they effectively use the design/build approach to project development. We have an over ten year history with Jacob White on projects ranging from lease spaces to multi-story LEED certified, energy efficient, greenroof enhanced buildings.
International Paint is an international coatings manufacturer with their North and South American headquarters and primary specialty coating manufacturing facility based here in Houston. Webb Architects has since 2004 provided consulting and design services towards updates and upgrades to their existing Houston facilities, ranging from office facilities to product storage and logistics systems while maintaining code compliance relating to products in a controlled environment.
Buvinghausen, Inc. is a Houston based general contractor who specializes in manufacturing and industrial projects while maintaining their presence and competitiveness in the commercial arena. Buvinghausen also uses the design/build approach in their efforts to provide their clientele with effective, efficient solutions to their on-going concerns and long term needs. Our history with Buvinghausen now reaches back almost ten years.
Merichem Company is one our newest clients with our professional service relationship beginning in early 2010. We are currently in the process of assisting in long-term scenario planning and site/facility evaluations for a portion of their Houston campus. We anticipate completing within the next year a master plan for this campus that will inform Merichem’s decisions as their business and growth progress.
The Turquoise Grill, one of our favorite Mediterranean-Turkish restaurants, acquired an opportunity to expand their reach within the metro area with a new location in Sugar Land Town Center. We designed that new restaurant highlighting those emblematic features and elements that define a friendly, local, neighborhood restaurant in Istanbul. We anticipate great things to come from this relationship.
